Deloitte TradeChain is a blockchain-based platform developed by Deloitte to enhance and streamline global trade processes. The primary aim of TradeChain is to improve the efficiency, transparency, and security of international trade by leveraging blockchain technology.
Deloitte TradeChain has received industry recognition for its innovative use of blockchain technology in the trade sector. It represents a significant step forward in the application of blockchain technology to global trade, offering a more transparent, efficient, and secure approach to international commerce.
Here are three main user pain points users are facing
Clients the have hard time to get the right local gap data at the right time
Lack of acceptance by the local businesses of the adjustments when they are eventually reached
Amount of time that clients spend on manual manipulation of data rather than taking that time to make the strategic decisions
We created user stories to understand user's needs, prioritize work, and ensure aligns with the users’ expectations. Here are the example of drafter user stories.
1. As a drafter, I would like to be displayed on the participant list, so that all the participants know that I am a drafter.
2. As a drafter, I would like to select a borrowing entity, so that I can document who will be receiving the loan.
3. As a drafter, I would like to select a lending entity, so that I can document who will be disbursing the loan.
4. As a drafter, I would like to add, remove, and edit the list of participants, so that the necessary people are involved in the agreement process.
