Going back and forth between clients, auditors and specialists is frustrating.
Getting data from the client and putting in the data request is time consuming.
Getting the right data is an issue.Getting information from specialist takes a long time. I have to talk to multiple people before I get the right information or find the right person.
When I send a request I still need to tell them exactly what I need.
It would be nice to have someone on the time who can use the software to extract the data and we don’t always have to rely on the specialist.
It would be nice to have a tracker on the engagement to know when files have been uploaded and not an excel sheet.
Would be great to get information faster and the right information.
A better system to collect data, which would mean more time spent on things that matter.
Would rather look at a work paper than read a 30 page word documents.
From beginning to end we should not be spending doing extraction and transformation but rather analyzing it.
I don’t like work papers that are heavy on text.Annoying when we get the wrong data. We have to go through the details manually.
Getting follow up evidence can take up time. I have to manually filter the data which takes a long time.
Every year we get raw data that we have to format before we can do anything.
Should be able to look at the data from a high level. Would be niece to comparing the last years and current years excel sheets. Trend analysis would be nice to have.
Would be nice to see what changes were made, and what performance tests are made. Also if anyone added something new.
Have filters for the population so that next year you can filter the information that you need.
Having a summary of the information would be interesting for us and the client.
It would be nice to have keys words, SAP’s to make buckets to go through the information to save time.
